Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and associates, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

Qualifications: ● Experience with telephone operations and customer service. ● Ability to operate a switchboard and transfer calls to appropriate personnel/departments. ● Proficient in general clerical duties including filing, mailouts, and data entry. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. ● Flexibility to fill in when needed. ● Minimum of 18 years of age or older. ● Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, if applicable. ● Completion of required industry training. Education and Experience: ● High School Diploma or GED required. ● 0-2 years of experience in a related role. Benefits: ● Health, dental, and vision insurance available for purchase/enrollment. Work Environment: ● Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. ● On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. ● The work is conducted in a comfortable indoor area. Notes

Responsibilities ● Greet customers, vendors, and associates upon arrival. ● Answer internal and external calls; direct calls to the appropriate departments. ● Provide miscellaneous clerical assistance to various departments as needed. ● Order and stock office supplies. ● Open and distribute mail. ● Prepare the office for opening each day by initiating all system applications and preparing new client intake/onboarding packets and required documents. ● Provide initial paperwork to potential clients/staff and obtain copies of insurance and identification cards. ● Collect all onboarding documentation and file appropriately. ● Update client records and verify insurance accurately and timely. ● Respond promptly to client needs, provide excellent customer service, assist clients with follow-up appointments, and fulfill medical documentation requests. ● Maintain complete and accurate documentation. ● Observe safety and security procedures; promote a safe and pleasant work environment. ● Ensure regular attendance to maintain efficient office operations. ● Complete Therap documentation training links and Relias industry training. ● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
