Required Skills
Qualifications:
● Experience with telephone operations and customer service.
● Ability to operate a switchboard and transfer calls to appropriate personnel/departments.
● Proficient in general clerical duties including filing, mailouts, and data entry.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
● Flexibility to fill in when needed.
● Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
● Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, if applicable.
● Completion of required industry training.
Education and Experience:
● High School Diploma or GED required.
● 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
