Role Overview

Overseeing office operations for the program Maintaining records and files including data entry Planning and scheduling program events Preparing reports Greet visitors and answer inquiries and create a welcoming environment. Maintain files in the database in a confidential manner. Manage communication including emails and phone calls. Schedule appointments and meetings Attend appointments and meetings. Receive phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages Conduct home visits.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred. • 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands. • High degree of attention to detail • Data entry experience • Working knowledge of general office equipment

Notes

The work hours would be part-time 30 hours per week.
